1. Event Creation

• Comply with Philippine laws, including RA 7394 (Consumer Act) and RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
• Ensure that the event does not violate any local regulations, including required permits and safety measures.
• Take full responsibility for any disputes or issues arising from the event.

2. Payment and Downpayment

• A 50% downpayment is required to confirm your booking.
• Downpayments are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics) or legal cancellations.
• The remaining balance must be fully paid at least 7 days before the event date.
• Failure to complete payment may result in event cancellation without a refund.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be refunded.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Event Guidelines

• Organizers must secure necessary permits and comply with local event regulations.
• The safety and security of attendees are the responsibility of the organizer.
• Any damage to the venue, equipment, or resources will be charged to the organizer.
• Events that violate public order, safety, or laws will be immediately canceled without a refund.

5. Data Privacy

• All personal data collected will be handled in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
• Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
• By registering, you agree to the use of your provided information for event management purposes.
